Miracle Save~~
Day 1 of National Closed 2007 had just finished 3 hours ago with my game being the last to finish.
Round 1 was played from 930a.m. till 12 something this morning and the game was a typical positional game from a Catalan Opening where White (which was me) try to squeeze Black and finally Black blundered and resigned. Round 2 started peacefully until after 30+ moves when I try to find a K+Q+N+Ps vs K+Q+B+Ps as Black and end up being 2 pawns down!! However Black then misplayed the K+Q+4P vs K+Q+2P endgame and after 80++ moves of marathon, I found a 3-fold-repetition and claim for a draw. What a miracle save!!
