ChessBase Light 2007
ChessBase had announced their new release of ChessBase Light 2007 last week.
ChessBase Light is a database program which gives you access to games collections and allows you to manage them with ease.
The main screen of the software:

- Retrieve games according to openings, players and tournaments
- Generate tournament cross tables
- Full graphic statistics of players or openings
- Merge games on-the-fly into an opening tree
- Export games to html, JavaScript replay pages
- Print games
- Freely configurable board and list windows
- Automatic email transmission of positions, games or databases
- Includes the latest playchess.com client
- Fritz Engine included for analyzing games
- ChessBase Light is limited to 32000 games per database
Why chess database software? It helps you to orgarnize your games, analyse your games, search for similar positions through the masters’ games in order to see what the masters do in the similar position and a lot more.
